      6. Subscription Service

      TKC is a subscription-based service, which means that you will be charged a recurring fee for access to the Services. The subscription fee will be charged on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you choose. You will be notified in advance of any changes to the subscription fee. TKC may collect sales tax on your subscription fee, as required by law.
      • 6.1 You may cancel your TKC subscription at any time by contacting TKC’s customer service team at help@teachkidscareers.com. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. TKC does not offer refunds for any unused portion of the subscription fee.
      • 6.2 Your TKC subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, unless you cancel your subscription as described above. TKC will notify you in advance of any changes to the subscription fee.

      7. Product Availability

      TKC’s courses and educational products will be made available as-is. TKC does not guarantee that courses or educational products will be free from all errors, but will make every effort to ensure that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

      We accept no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions and censorship.

      In the event of a clear error with data or facts, TKC will consider requests for revisions. Please contact TKC’s customer service team at help@teachkidscareers.com to report any errors or request revisions. TKC reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product without notice.

      12. Termination and Cancellation of Accounts

      • 12.1 Either TKC or you may terminate your Account. If We terminate your Account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, We reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.
      • 12.2 If We terminate your Account, any current or pending orders or payments on your Account will be cancelled and provision of Services will not commence.
      • 12.3 Account termination automatically cancels any subscription services in accordance with the terms specified in Section 6.

      13. Warranty

      TKC warrants that its physical and technological products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If a product is defective, TKC will replace the product or issue a refund, at its discretion. This warranty applies to physical products such as books, posters, and educational aids, as well as technological products such as software and online courses.       14. Disclaimer of Warranties
